Couple was charged for letting their 1 year old daughter play with a gun. The 19 year old father recorded her playing with it and was encouraging her to say “pow” and “bang”.Police say there was nothing in the gun but there could have been a bullet in the chamber.The girl’s mother,22 year old Toni wilson and the father,Michael Barnes were arrested for neglect criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon and allowing a child to play with it.
