Beware The Corn Syrup
High Fructose Corn Syrup is in almost everything we eat, such as soda and yogurt.
Which is bad because although its chemically similar to table sugar, the body doesn't process it the same way.
Although its not as good as other sweeteners, but anything in an unmoderated amount is bad for you.
Researchers are wondering if the increased use of HFCS has any correlation to growing type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
